Digital Products

We sell digital products that are delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once the product has been accessed, downloaded, or delivered.

Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds only in the following circumstances:

• You were charged twice for the same product due to a technical error
• The product file is corrupted or defective and we cannot provide a working replacement
• You did not receive the product within 24 hours of purchase and we cannot resolve the delivery issue
• The product materially differs from its description on our website

Refund Request Window

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. Requests made after this period will not be considered.

Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot offer refunds if:

• You have already downloaded or accessed the digital product
• You changed your mind after accessing the product
• You did not read the product description carefully before purchasing
• You lack the technical requirements to use the product (these are clearly stated in product descriptions)
